Gunbarrel Preschool, proudly serves the communities of Boulder, Longmont, Lafayette, Erie, Heatherwood, Louisville, Heatherwood, and Gunbarrel Colorado.
We have been making learning fun since 1979.
Gunbarrel Preschool, licensed by the State of Colorado since 1979, provides
programs for children 2 ½ (and potty-trained) to 6 years old. We offer sessions on a
variety of schedules Monday – Thursday from 9:00 – 11:30 in the morning or
12:45 – 3:15 in the afternoon.
We also offer a Lunch Bunch program Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday that extends the day to 12:40 (for the morning sessions) or begins the program at 11:40 (for the afternoon sessions). This year we have added “Preschool Plus” which extends the morning program from 9-2:00pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Our program includes a weekly music program, bi-weekly gross motor program and a science program (for 4 and 5 year olds). We read everyday and play outside on our enclosed playground regularly (weather permitting). We combine supervised free-play with a variety of arts and crafts, fine and gross motor activities to provide a well-rounded and fun curriculum for the children.
